RS India Wind Energy Pvt. Ltd is headed by young, dynamic entrepreneur Shri Rajkumar Yadav who holds BE (Electronics) degree. The overall management of the company is vested with the Board of Directors. Shri Rajkumar Yadav assisted by well-qualified, experienced Technical & Managerial Staff looks after the day-to-day affairs of the company.

Independent Directors
In line with business philosophy of founder Sh.Girdarilal Yadav, RS India Wind Energy Pvt.Ltd has brought in experienced and distinguished veterans of Industry and Finance on Board as independent Directors/professional Consultants to guide and formulate business Strategy and implementation. The vastly experienced persons recently retired from distinguished Indian Administrative Services, State Civil Services, Armed Forces were inducted as independent Directors/Professional Consultants on Board. It is envisaged that the independent directors with such rich experience would infuse professionalism and corporate governance in RSIndia Wind Energy Ltd. It is further envisaged that the corporate business strategy will be further refined and focused on core business to catapult the company to new heights of business success.
Shri RK Yadav after completing the BE(Electronics) started working with his family business in Telecom O&M sector providing services of Optical fibre network maintenance, installation of mobile networks and real estate development. Being enthused with the openings in the energy sector and also with an eye for sustainable rural development, he started associated with NGOs, organization and individuals working on renewable energy sector for rural economy. He was associated with organizations working in States of Maharastra and Rajasthan in the field of Bio-mass projects, bio-diesel plantations, wind energy fields. He has actively participated in many a green field bio-mass project, bio-diesel plantation project. He has undertaken a major initiative and successfully pacified and convinced agitating people against the Wind Energy projects in Satara District, Maharastra. He was actively associated with Wind Energy developers, organizations and Maharastra Energy Development Agency’s (Nodal State Agency for renewable energy) efforts for development of renewable energy projects in Maharastra State.

Shri Pawan Kumar Yadav:
Shri Pawan Kumar Yadav is an entrepreneur who started at an early age and was active in real estate development in retail and industrial sectors in Delhi, Haryana and Maharastra. He has been actively associated with Major Wind Energy developers in Maharastra in the field of land procurement and also undertaken the civil and infrastructure development works on Wind Energy Projects.

Smt. Sunita Yadav
Mrs Sunita Yadav after completion of graduation has associated with NGOs and individual organizations in the field of rural and social sector. She was instrumental in planning and executing of resource mobilization, information emanating campaigns of NGOs and social organization notable among them being Mahindra Foundations’s Nanhi Kali & others aimed at “Save Girl Child” efforts. She was active in media campaigns aimed for up-liftment of rural economy and Social causes.
 

Smt Pinki Yadav
Smt Pinki Yadav after completion of graduation was involved in family business of real estate development, construction and Telecom O&M services. Prior to joining family business, she was associated with rural NGOs working in man-power planning and recruitment, deployment and financial resources management. She was instrumental in planning and executing resource mobilization, information emanating campaigns of NGOs and social organization notable among them is Mahindra Foundations’s NanhiKali & others aimed at “Save Girl Child” efforts.
 

Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav
Shri Ashok Yadav is in the field of Logistics, Transportation, Clearing and forwarding business catering to major industrial names viz., automobiles, exports, importers etc. Along the with usual business he was keen on efforts of NGOs, Government to uplift the rural economy through sustainable energy resource development activities. He has actively contributed for development of rural Bio-mass projects, wind energy projects in the State of Maharastra.
 

Dr. B.K.Rao
Dr B.K.Rao is currently serving as Chairman of Board of Management of the prestigious Sir Gangaram Hospital. He has achieved the greatest heights of professional achievements and has been instrumental in achieving many a firsts in the successful management of Sir Gangaram Hospital. He has been invited as eminent faculty at various National & international Conferences and has to his credit 22 research papers published in international journals/conferences and CME proceedings. Currently on rolls of leading hospitals in USA , UK as Visiting Fellow. The distinguished service is marked by awards& honours from National & International Bodies.
In addition to professional excellence, Dr. Rao is keen enthusiast and follower of Gandhian principles to bring the rural upliftment, prosperity through sustainable development. He actively supported and participated in campaigns aimed at agrarian community. Currently, he is vocal supporter of bio-diesel cultivations which aims to bring prosperity to vast barren lands in States of Rajasthan, Maharastra, Gujarat (Kutch), Madhya Pradesh.
 

Shri Rajendra Singh Yadav IAS (Retd)
Shri Rajendra Singh Yadav is a retired Indian Administrative Service Officer of UP cadre with vast experience in wide ranging areas. He holds BE (Civil) from Roorkee University. During his tenure, worked as Collector & DM at Muzzafar Nagar, Philbit, and Bijnor and as OSD Greater Noida Authority, as Vice Chairman, Kanpur Development Authority, as Addl. Election Commissioner-State Election Commission-UP. In the process, he has brought about vast reforms & restructuring policies and procedures, administrative reforms, progressive developmental activities at macro level & sustainable rural energy security areas with financial management. He was instrumental in bringing people oriented/ people centered self-sustainable development schemes- in economically viable energy fields. His efforts paid rich dividends in bringing all round economic independence in rural areas.
 

Shri Lt.Gen JBS Yadava:
Shri Lt.Gen JBS Yadava is a retired Deputy Chief Of Indian Army with illustrious military career. He holds degrees of MSc & Phd (Defense Studies). He has got versatile experience in Operations, Administration, formulation of Strategy & Policy making, Logistics, financial planning, IT implementation, Project appraisal, planning and execution, Advanced communication & networking. While in service, he commanded the Army Corps in J&K State, served as Security advisor to Govt of J&K while commanding Unified Command Head Quarters, Principal Staff Officer,Western Head Quarters. Further, he was on Board of Directors of “Center for UN Peace Keeping”, Army Technology Board, President Gorkha Brigade. Currently Chairman of Education Trust in Haryana, Member Board of Mgmt of Mirpur Cancer Hospital, Visiting Professor Center for Land Warfare United Service Institution & Meerut University
 

Shri TD Jogpal IAS (Retd)
Shri TD Jogpal belongs to the 1968 batch of Indian Administrative Service. He holds degrees in Law, Humanities and economics. He carries with him 30 years of rich & varied Civil Administrative Experience. He held prestigious posts of Vice Chancellor Maharishi Dev University, Rohtak, State Election Commissioner, as MD& Chief Admn Officer of State Pollution Control Board, State Corporations, KVIC; retired as Commissioner & FC& Principal Secretary- Civil Aviation, Home, Excise & Taxation, Institutional Finance& Credit Control.

Further, RS India Wind Energy Pvt. Ltd is also in the process of engaging power sector professionals on retainership basis for providing expert advise on its forays into power sector.
